October 17, 2012: On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink

Some back story, because I don't know if I've told Janyce and Liz. So, the first day of school was a Wednesday. Last block of the day, in marches my only native speaker, Jacob, wearing a florescent pink shirt. I mean, BAM. Hottest of hot pinks.
As we went through the "Getting to know you" spiel, someone commented that they loved Jake's shirt, and realizing the day of the week, I decided to quip "On Wednesdays, we wear pink," a la Mean Girls.
WELL. Every Wednesday, Jake and a handful of girls in the class wear pink. So every couple of Wednesdays, Senorita makes the effort to show up in pink also...even if it means completely changing the outfit she originally had planned.
Soooooooooooo....

Also, about how I feel lame in the dress pants and sweater fall back soooo much this week, after my Monday outfit was super cool.
